I read/heard somewhere that for every 10 lbs you lose it is equivalent to your bike gaining 1 hp... |

Figure: (Bike + Rider) / RWHP = lb to hp (400 + 185) / 110 = ~5.32 / 1 (400 + 180) / 109 = ~5.32 / 1 So with a typical 600 its closer to around 5 pounds  This obviously explains why I'm slow
