Post subject:  dragging knee....im doing it wrong
had a bike race this past weekend. .8 mile circuit, 25 laps, had a hill after turn 4 with about 47 ft of elevation rise. made a solo break with 5 laps to go, got caught with 3 to go and sat back in the pack and then sprinted to 5th place out of 40 and won 35 bucks lol heres some pics

Nice work Jr.! Crits always made me nervous. Too many idiots too close together.
What are you rinding Cat3 or 4?

Right now im cat4. this was my first road race this year because i've been doing cross country mountain bike racing in the mid atlantice superseries (MASS). i started in cat3 there, got 2 wins in 2 races by over a 1:30, so i bumped myself to cat2 and got my ass kicked the first race in the 2's lol. im doing 2 stage races in the next 2 months so hopefully i can get enough points to upgrade to 3 this year.
