Very nice Jason! Congrats. The older I get the less worried I am about owning a "monument to myself" rather than a place I can call home where what's actually important to me, my family, is. The house looks great - I'm sure wife and kiddies are stocked

Congrats, Looks nice. I'm always amazed if I catch a show like Flip This House and see how expensive places in CA are compared to the rest of the states for what you get. Either way place looks nice, hope you guys enjoy.

Thanks guys Trust me mike...this is far from a "monument"....but more like a "place to crash for the next 25 years" I hope after that I can just sell it, move into some cheap ass condo with a garage and just travel my ass off....on a motorcycle of course Tib: It all depends on "where" you buy in CA....I could of owned a freakin mansion about 30 minutes east...on a huge plot of land for less than what I paid for this place....problem is...that means I would have to travel further to work, plus I would have a bigger place to take care of and more in property taxes...

Congrats jason! Looks nice to me bud.
I'm with you on the place to crash for the next 25 years. I plan on dying in the house I live in now. I should have it all fixed up by then.

jason, i did not, in any way, mean that it was not nice, quite the contrary! what bugs me and what i was getting at is that some people will not buy what they need but rather "monuments to themselves" because they somehow believe it validates their existence. i was just glad to see that you bought a rational, nice place rather than mortage the rest of your life (any more than ncessary) for something to make a point like i've seen way too many people do.
