Since the 250 2-smokes are going bye-bye the Moto2 class will be replacing it with a spec 600cc Honda 4 stroke motor and spec Dunlop tires. Chassis and suspension is still pretty much up to the teams.

New series looks awesome, i think this is really going to be a competitive series with the lower cost and the spec engines. Being a GP series you can only hope its better then AMA, but im looking forward to it.

Im sure the first year might have a few things to work out but can only hope for the best

AMA might be better now too without the need for "special" rules for Buell

I'm sure the racing in this class will be killer! Wonder if the 125's will soon be 400cc 4-strokes...

+1! Although I was never a fan of their bikes, I'm sorry that Buell is out of business. I do however believe that it will make the AMA 600 racing better. I know Erik Buell felt like he was David taking on Golliath going after the Jap MFG's, but in my opinion beathing their 600's with you 1125, proves nothing...
