From a press release issued by Maverick Moto Media:

Team Pro-Motion and Sportbike Track Time announce Partnership/Member Share Relationship, joint dates.

Horsham, PA & Holland, MI - Motorcycle trackday industry leaders, Sportbike Track Time, of Holland, MI and Horsham, PA's Team Pro-Motion Sportbike Club have teamed up to offer unprecedented value to their members through an official track relationship. The partnership offers member reciprocity - with each organization offering close to 100 dates this year, members of TPM and Sportbike Track Time now have far more choices of when and where to ride than any other organization in the country. Capitalizing on their shared synergies, the two clubs are also putting together a series of joint events, with coaches and staff from both organizations participating and interacting with members.

"This is more than just sharing dates," says Team Pro-Motion President, Glen Goldman. "We are working together to promote more opportunities and ways for riders to experience different tracks. Our goal is to create a seamless experience, where members from both clubs feel welcome."

"Sportbike Track Time is always looking for ways to expand the riding choices for our members," adds Trevor Sadler, Sportbike Track Time's Southern Division director. "We feel Team Pro-Motion's approach to running safe and fun trackdays closely mirrors Sportbike Track Time's, so the sharing of dates makes perfect sense."

Team Pro-Motion and Sportbike Track Time will co-host the following dates for the 2012 season:
NCBIKE May 19, 20
CMP July 14, 15
VIR Aug 9, 10
Barber Sept 8, 9

All that for only 4 events? STT was fine when I rode with them although their policy to allow anyone to sign up in any group was a little concerning. Never rode with TPM but have heard some bad reviews. Either way, it is only 4 events so not much overlap.
