On August 11, 2012 you are invited to the New Jersey Motorsports Park Thunderbolt Course from 6:30 until 9:00 to help raise money for the Road Racing World Action Fund. The fundraiser will take place following the NESBA event at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

We are all part of a collective family; a family that is bound together by our passion for riding motorcycles in a track environment. With that choice, we have all accepted there are risks that we cannot control, but we have the opportunity to take advantage of tools which can mitigate risk. The risks of our sport are shared by all, regardless of how well we ride and we all share an equal risk when unprotected Armco, tire walls, and concrete barriers line racetracks. Please join us in honoring those we have lost and generating funds to provide soft barriers to be deployed at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The life you save may be your own.

Tickets for the door prizes can be purchased for $20 or 3 for $50. There is no limit on the number of chances you can purchase and you do not need to be in attendance to participate. Several sponsors have stepped up to provide very substantial donations to support the cause and help us honor the memory of close friends.

·Yamaha Champions Riding School (YCRS) –2 Day Riding School (any school in the 2013 season);

Live Auction
·NESBA –three (3) 5-day track packages plus one calendar year elite membership
·Markbilt –Mark has offered several suspension upgrade and tuning packages. Including three (3) front and rear suspension refreshes Mark has also offered one Ohlins Valve kit and installation in bike of choice
·Mac Tools- Two (2) Tool packages totaling over $1500 donated by Brian Wendl
·One (1)set of Armourbodies 2008 + Yamaha R6 bodywork with tank and a custom paint job by Emerson Amaya of Revikar. Bodywork donated by Ryan Peters

·Wicked Racing –1 voucher for a set of 3 piece clip-ons for any bike
·Shagmoto –One set of tires of your choice (offer excludes UK NTEC).

Food and sodas will be provided and we will have several grills going to ensure that you are well fed. Tickets for the door prizes listed above will be available at the Summit Point Event being held on August 5 and 6 and also the weekend of the event. For those that cannot attend, tickets can be purchased via Paypal. The donations from this event will be used to purchase and deploy soft barriers at the New Jersey Motorsports Park. So please, even if you are not planning on riding this weekend, come out and enjoy a meal with your friends and help us generate funds that will provide a safer environment for us to ride.

Great job putting this together Dave! Hope it raises big $$$. This helps all of us. I hope everyone here tries to contiribute if they can.

Thanks Mike. We all owe it to ourselves and our fellow riders to support this. None of us can do it alone, but together we can make a huge improvement in our safety
