That's actually a very reasonable deal on that bike (depressingly so actually).
Pretty similar to mine except I have a brembo master, full exhaust, 20mm Penske forks and Penske rear shock, and a PB damper. That bike has WC case covers that I do not. Pretty much everything else is modded in a similar way as my bike. I can tell you with a great degree of certainty that there is a HELL of a lot more into that bike than he's asking for it.
