Best to stay in Valdosta GA, which is only a few miles out. Probably 12 ish if memory serves me well. I've stayed at the days inn which was clean and reasonably priced. |

Thanks Dave and Mike for the heads up. I saw that hotel in my search, but it's always nice to get an opinion from someone who's been there. |

Mark Rozema of Markbilt Racebikes is offering a suspension seminar and setup for all interested. Mark has worked with several AMA teams such as Celtic racing, Attack Kawasaki, and his own factory support team with Melissa Paris. From his new shop in Millville NJ he offers a full race prep service including suspension, motor builds, electronics (PCIII, Bazazz, Kit ECUs) and dyno tuning. For Jennings Mark is offering the following service: One hour of classroom each day with Trackside support. Probably broken up into 30min at lunch and 30min at day’s end, final schedule to be decided upon rider input All day to work on setup and reinforcing what was learned in class. This is worth the price in itself as you can get immediate feedback and testing. Roll in tell him what you like/dislike, he tweaks it and you roll back out and see immediate results. Classroom topics to include Basic theory and setup, Rider position, Effect of chassis input and geometry, Gearing, Tires, and Suspension components. He’ll provide the what and why of how the bike is working. Price $100 per person. Mark Rozema of Markbilt Racebikes is offering a suspension seminar and setup for all interested. I fully expect to see videos of Madski on his Triumph gettting the same body position as Disalvo on his Triumph! |
