I'm afraid to try either the r1 or r6 because I might jump off it and head right to the dealership! I like the idea, I just wish they could do the demo's at lunch or have a group skip a session or something and do all demos at the same time. I can't remember exactly how it was run last year but I do remember griping about it. Walt wrote: Sounds like a typical "B" session. Where is the LMAO smiley? Good one Walt.

Last year there were guys demoing bikes in I as well. I went out in the AM, before the regular sessions started and got towed around by Dutch for a half dozen laps of so. We sort of picked up the pace toward the end but I doubt we ever ran anything faster than say a '15 (Beaver) so we were not setting the world on fire. I'd like to take one out in A I was signed up to ride the R1 on Saturday and R6 on Sunday but only got to ride the R1 since we got more or less rained out that Sunday. Can't say I liked the current R1 more than mine (07).

Nice work getting into the 1:02's! That's moving! Sorry to hear about the highside. Was it turn #3 or #4? I don't think I've ever seen anyone highside in #3, but it's pretty common in #4. It seems like there's some camber going in and then it flattens out... http://www.trackpedia.com/wiki/BeaveRun ... ts_Complex
