Sounds like a plan Nate - let me know if you want to find a room or I can do it...
Jules can't go that weekend either so I'm flying solo.

Tom, I'm still on the fense about an elite membership. I'll wait as long as I can to sign up either way. Not like A will sell out.

When are you guys planning on signing up? I think I am going to do it early and I will go rain or shine. I want to avoid the late fees and beave is fun the the rain. I am not going to pay for the elite membership because I may only be doing a couple nesba days.

You're in Adv now so it allows a little more flexibility in signing up. Still subject to the fees. I'll make sure to have a fresh set of rains if I'm going to chase you around in the wet.

Mike,

Feel free to go ahead and find a room. My dad said he is planning on coming, so we can split the cost 3 ways and I'll cover him and I. Days Inn or Super 8 has always been fine.

I'm going to look up the email for BeaveRun and shoot them a message to get info on a garage. I'll let everyone know what the price is once I hear back.

I already have the elite membership, so I won't be signing up until probably the week of. I realized with this event that it is going to be very interesting for me:

1. Haven't rode in 18 months
2. New bike
3. Just put on the rearsets I bought pushing me to GP shift which I've never done.

I hope they don't bump me back to "I" for being too slow.

Garages were $75/day last year.
I'll see what I can score on Priceline for a hotel. The Holiday Inn used to provide cots...

If I had a tour bus like yours to hang in for the rain I'd be there regardless too :finger:

Since I have the elite membership I can cancel w/o penalty, so I'll probably sign up a few weeks in advance.

I plan on doing "B" pace for the first session or two in the advanced group :)

haha sounds like a party. I am still disappointed that I have not gotten to use my rains I bought two years ago. I hope they have not expired...?

Garage rental is $150 for the weekend, max of 4 bikes per bay.

Tom/Justin/Mike - $37.50 a person

Mike - If you want I'll cover yours and then you can just take $37.50 off the hotel price I owe you.
