That is correct. They would always extend the previous year budget b/c if they didn't the state employees would just not come to work and the whole state would shut down. But now they are requiring you guys to work without pay until they pass the budget and then you will get back pay. That may not be horrible unless it takes them several months to pass the budget, they you won't get another pay check until Sept or Oct.

Its just such BS because they do the same thing every year. You'd think they could figure out to start earlier.

Summit is a great track after you get used to it. since you only did it once, you need to give it a second chance. You'll love it on the gix.
