How you recovering Paul Not bad Mike, tomorrow I'm going to try riding my street bike for about 100 miles. I think I'll be OK. Next week I hope to be back on the bicycle to start training again. I've got my fingers crossed! I need a new helmut and gloves. Any good ideas? Paul
