That was a very stand up move by NESBA! It sucks that they most likely still have to pay the track fees for both Beaver and Summit. So far, the weather in Oct has been pure shit! This may make the org's a bit gun-shy to schedule any dates in Oct next year...

Im not sure if they had to pay those fee's or not, i know they have some type of insurance so who knows what those stipulations are. But still a good move on their part

i'm sure they do take somewhat of a loss on it regardless.
btw, the credits are already in the system.

I was in Pittsburgh for the Penguins game last night and was thinking about you guys being at the track. But I figured they would have cancelled it though cuz it was just down right miserable out there. Well, here to for that matter. Glad to see that NESBA didn't take any chances.

Looks like today wouldn't have been a terrible day for a trackday...

yeah, today probably would be workable but honestly i'm still glad they killed the whole weekend.
it's just not a lot of fun to be out there in the 40's, even if the track is dry.

50 degrees in Koppel, PA right now. This weather has just been silly! I believe my laptimer was showing 42 degrees when we rolled out for the first session at Nelson last weekend. I forgot to put my jacket over my leathers and the first session was a bit chilly. I believe it was around 45 degrees for the second session and with my jacket over my leathers I was comfy. It makes a big difference if the sun's out as well...
