Any interest in doing 3 days at Jennings for $300 total for all 3 days. Dates would be Thu - Sat, Feb 19-20. 15-20 riders max per group and 3 group rotations. 50 riders total. Would like to organize a northern invasion of FL

Sooner the better. Need 50 riders total and 3 days in FL in Feb will be sweet. Been doing an annual trip down there for the last 3 years and its the only way to survive the winter. Track will run rain or shine and it has good grip either way. Been at least 60 degree highs or better the last 3 years but obviously no one can guarentee the weather. Will try to organize a ride share list and try to minimize expenses. Unfortunately there are no full weekends available till June. Either way with travel you'll need to take 3 days vacation to make all 3 days.

what would be cool is if we could get a big enclosed trailer and do this with one or 2 vehicles. we could get the more or less local guys to meet at a central location, load up and all haul down together.

who do we do payment to, etc?

Unfortunately 50 bikes is semi territory and I ain't got that type of $$$. Even my little 20 footer would be squeezed at 6-8 bikes and no way I'm driving 3-4 wide in the Ford. The SD are wide but not that wide for a 12 hr trip

just saying if we can get a few 20' it's better than say my 5X8 open trailer that cna hold 2 maybe 3 bikes max and I pull with an SUV so I could not load it up with more bikes like a truck.
i'm sure it will take more than 1 or 2 trailers but would be nice to minimize the number of vehicles.

stupid question: since we would be hauling through freezing temps - what do you do about coolant? i'm guessing most of our bikes are running water / water wetter or the like.

Recommended but not required to replace coolant for jennings. In an enclosed you could get away with it but I would not try it with an ope trailer. Best to keep anti-freeze in it and then if desired flush at the track.

Like I said I would like to get a car pool list together. No ones allowed to crash, but if you break that rule I don't want anyone having to drive back solo.

I've been going down there for the last couple of year and it's always a good time! I'd like to try to get down there twice this winter. No way I can commit this early in the game though. If my schedule works out, everything falls into place, and you still have a spot open later in the game, I could be in for this...

This sounds like a plan. i'll see about getting the time off.

I can put 2 bikes in my trailer and 2 in the bed of my truck. not a whole lot of room in the super cab f150 though. the back seat is tight.
