Nice riding in the vid With fresh pavement that place would be dangerous - both literally and figuratively. It would be killer because it would open up a bunch of new lines, allow you to carry more speed etc. I believe they would have to address some run-off issues due to the higher speeds though. Be careful what you wish for I guess... T6-T9 is a lot of fun. Early in the day I was shifting to 4th gear before I went into T7 but it was hurting my drive coming out of #9. I ended up leaving it in 3rd and picked up some time. I'd drive out of T6, transition from having the bike leaned over to the left to the right while hard on the gas going into T7. I'd get up to about 13K-14K RPMs before I'd have to roll off a bit for #8 and then feed in some more lean angle for #9 and then start rolling the throttle back on. It was fun to have the bike leaned over for that long and a challenge to get the line and throttle working together each time. I'm definitely looking forward to spending some more time in that section next year...

madski wrote: bacolmm wrote: Notice the general lack of traffic. looking at the weather this weekend you guys definately made the right call to go there instead of beaver this week The weather has just plain sucked lately! I had to opportunity to ride Mid-Ohio for FREE today! That's right a FREE customer appreciation trackday and it's 41 degrees and raining, which is why I'm at work instead of riding at Mid-O for FREE! I've been watching the forecast for this weekend, thinking I might do one of the NESBA days. The forecasted temps just keep going lower and lower...
