Wow Shiloh I guess you did decide to go to the doctor?Sorry to hear you actually broke stuff. At least you have the winter to heal and won't miss any riding

I was lucky no broken parts just bike damage.Looking at plastics right nowsince I still ride on the street.

BTW I'll post up some video's from the go-pro later when I get time to edit them.Going to be real busy at work so I might start a new thread when I do post them.

Collar bones do suck. I recently had reconstruction done on my shattered collar bone. Hope it heals well.

I am a little concerned about the broken nose. Are you sure the helmet you were wearing fits you properly? I've had some pretty substantial crashes and not once had any issues with contact of my face with the helmet. Just your standard concussions.

Sorry to hear that Shiloh! I have to agree with Pat that it's good timing though (all winter to heal up). Are they talking about plating you collar bone? I know people who have gone 6-8 weeks hoping it would heal only to have to get the surgery anyway. I guess since riding season is over that wouldn't be as bad...

no mention of surgery thank god. All pretty minor injuries was told 3-4 weeks to heal and bike damage pretty minor too. I have an xs helmet and still kinda big. Visor broke off n i hit my face on the ground.

Different helmets do fit differently so you may want to look at other brands. I can't afford to get any uglier so I make sure it fits right. If you are already an extra small that may be a bit tougher
