Dang, right after I pay for the same weekend at Nelson with Fasttrax I check the NESBA dates and they're going to be at the Beav  . Posting this up in case you haven't seen it yet.

looks like its gonna be pretty chilly out there - beaver has great grip so at least that's working in your favor. hope it's a bit more pleasent in 2 weeks..

Looks like I will be there both days. I signed up last night and the forecast looked significantly worse when I got up this morning. It's been 70+ degrees all month until a trackday weekend shows up. Hopefully we'll get lucky! Pat and Kenny will be there on Sunday...

Short of the Fastrax day at BeaveRun last year where it poured all day, that was the worst trackday weather I've ever experienced. Cold, wind, snow, rain, Ugggg! It never got above 39 degrees and the wind was blowing 15-25 mph for most of the morning.  I rode the last 4 sessions after the wind died down at bit. I still can't believe how much grip was available on such a cold track! I was able to run damn near 100% and never had a slide. I drug my toe-slider through turn #4 and #7 in the last session so I know I was getting some lean-angle. I did my best to make lemonade out of the lemons I was dealt. I got the day free of charge, so I can't complain. It really is frustrating that it was 76 degrees yesterday and it's supposed to be 62 and sunny on Monday, but today was so crappy! Hopefully tomorrow is better!!!!!
