I know we usually ride with NESBA, but I have some STT credits I need to use before August.

STT has a weekend on Thunderbolt on August 7/8. The price is $205/day or $395 for both ($15 discount for 2nd day). I know Justin wanted to get a group together to go to Thunderbolt, so not sure if anyone would be interested. Their membership is $35 and you get a t-shirt.

Was chatting with Lantry and he said he was interested in doing this and now Justin looks like he is in. A buddy of mine who used to CR for NESBA is probably going to come as well, so that gives us 4. Who else wants in on some delicious Tbolt goodness? :boobies:

haha your right. i am already tellin myself to pick it up thru the carousels. it makes me feel faster.

Also, not sure if I want to ride intermediate or give advanced a shot... I never did either with STT. I was thinking of doing I on saturday and A on sunday. any thoughts...

I would do it the other way, start advanced then if you can't hang or feel you are riding over your head just drop down. It will be easier to pick up the pace in the carousels following faster riders then getting Hung up behind someone just slightly slower then you or a tad faster then you through there. Just my opinion

I agree with Justin, sign up in A for both days and if necessary asked to be bumped back down. I think you'll find that you will do just fine in STT A.

another vote for A, from my limited STT experience you should be fine.
