Nice write up Nate! How long did it take you to get to NJMP? If it were closer, I'd do a lot of days there! It's a solid 6+ hour haul for me...

They eventually started sending CRs out with the advanced group to bump people down, but that was only after numerous red flags. It as disappointing to say the least.

It took me about 3 1/2 to get there and a little less to get home due to traffic on Friday afternoon vs Sunday night. Overall just as close as Beaver. I still love Beaver, but this is going to make it a tough decision. Will probably have more NJMP in my future than Beaver since I have ridden it less.

And yes, pics are coming...

i loooooove the R6... ill do a comparo soon here. like i posted in the lap times thread, i was over 3 seconds faster then on the gixxer. the bike handles so good on the edge and that michelin v front is incredible with grip and feel when at full lean, it was so stable. ill write that up too then

:boobies:

One hell of a sick feeling ain't it Nate? I did the same in T10/11 at Beaver the last time we were there. Thought I was going over the bars till I bounced off the windsheild and back onto the bike.

i almost wrecked too like tib, during the first few sessions, the steering damper was was to "soft" i got out onto the rumble strips and opened here up, on hell of a tank slapper, thought it was over. came back in and jacked the damper up and it got a lot better. bike does seem a tad light on the front under accel. but that could also be due to the pointed nature of the v front as well i think...but she does handle great and the brakes are worlds better then the gixxers
