I know most will prefer riding NESBA Beav, but I can't make their 7/10, 11 weekend.

I will be joining the traveling circus for some Beaver on the 3rd. Who else is going?

Even though its cheaper it looks like there will be $10 a head gate fee and $10 for camping. I found these interesting posts on their board from the "Race Director" talking about Beaver.

"Todd:
Gate fee (if they charge it) was told to me to be $10 per person, children under 12 are free.
Camping (again, if they charge it) was said to be $10 per vehicle per night.
If you need electric, call ahead now, they only have a few outlets.

From last year, talking with various members, they charged only a few people at the gate for either camping or entry.
When I arrived Friday evening the gentleman at the gate said there was no charge for camping or entry, but in the morning when I had to leave to get fuel down around the corner at the gas station and came back, a different person was working the gate and told me he was supposed to charge.
That night when a couple of us left to go to the local watering hole and came back the same fellow from the night before was working and I asked him what was policy for camping and gate and he told me they had not told him anything.

Plan on the fees, but if they don't charge it don't ask.
"

This was particularly interesting:
"Todd:
If you do get them to reserve you an outlet, make sure you get it in writing.
I found out the hard way last year when we were supposed to race until 6 pm and they forgot to schedule their staff, so when one of the managers saw our Sunday schedule he immediately informed me that there was no way it was going to happen.
When I called the big boss, his reply was "where is your contract", and of course what we discussed verbally was not what they put in writing.

Depends, if the fiance is coming then we're not camping. If I'm solo I will be. You bringing the better half with you?
