Losing weights would give you a shake/shimmy in the front end. Some of the other stuff you mentioned is probably not related though.

maybe you could try racing if you want to drop chunks of time? i dropped 2 seconds at beaver just by racing. my best there was 1:04 and for the longest time i couldnt get within 3 tenths of that. it took racing to get there and i clicked off a 1:01.92
