Ben - when did you go off the track to avoid that wreck? Matt - thanks for the top billing! I look like I'm out for a sunday ride, sort of like the slug pace I was running all day

I look like I'm out for a sunday ride, sort of like the slug pace I was running all day We talked about it enough that I felt compelled to post the vid. I know if I was off the bike as long as you have been, I'd be way off pace. It's amazing how quickly you become rusty. Even the first session I went out at Beaver it felt like I had to learn how to ride again. I know Pat and John felt the same way. John was talking about swearing off Beaver all together after the first session. I believe for me it's better to gradually bring my pace up as I feel comfortable. I believe that if I tried to force it, I would end up on my head...

Matt, I'm just being a whiny bitch It was great to get back out there. I wish I did not have a scheduling conflict for the NESBA dates there at the end of the month but I'm doing an MS bike ride on the Saturday and an MSF coach orientation on Sunday Hope you guys make it to NJMP in October with the rest of us You should also think about heading down to Jennings in February

So yeah I posted the wrong link. The crasher was at Fasttrax. Here is the correct link! I think everyone here is in this at some point or another. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EsgBRQeK3U
