Just flip it and you are good go

In all reality, that wreck Eslick had was scary. I have never seen a tire just tuck under in an almost straight line like his did.

I've been running D211 with good luck so far....

They were saying that whatever compound they ran yesterday was too soft for the temps/conditions. Seemed OK after the swapped stuff out.

The way Eslick's front end tucked on the straight was really odd indeed. Scary to say the least.

I'm pretty sure Dunlop makes tires specifically for Daytona. They have to use a very hard compound on the right to deal with the banking and a softer compound on the left for grip in the infield. The problem they were having with the front tire at the earlier Daytona test was that they put the hard compound on the left and the soft on the right. They somewhat salvaged the test by mounting the front tires backwards. The difficulty in getting the tires to last on the banking, is the reason they don't run the liter bikes for the 200 anymore. I guess it must be extremely difficult to make a tire that works in that environment. The tire snafu really made a mess of the 200 this year...
