I'm refreshing my suspension this winter and I alway need a refresher on setting everything up, so here's a good video on the basics.

i really like his videos...easy to understand and watch. I've set up my suspension but i'm no guru so I always refer to something like this to remind me.

I think between Moss and Trevitt you can cover about 99% of everything you ever (never?) wanted to know about setting up a bike.
Rick @ Cogent Dynamics is another really good one - he built the forks and shock on my 675.
