on a down note my balancer isn't going to be here till friday so if I want to ride tomorrow I need to drag the wheel somewhere to get it balanced :-(

i think there's a guy right outside of ashville that works on bikes - i may try him first since unlimited is like 40 minutes away. not sure if barnhart is doing any service work these days but i'll try them if the local guy can't do it.

yeah, i know barnharts does it...i called them when i was gettin my tires put on...and they said they did all that there...thats not too far away from ya if the guy outside of ashville cant do it.

barnhearts did it for $6... oh well, will be set for that as well on friday.
on an upside the tire did not fly off the r1 on it's first time out :cool:

i've now done 3 tires and dismounted 2 additional. So at like 20 per to install and like 10 per to dismount only I'm guessing I've "made" back $80 of the just under $300 I've spend for everything. Not too bad.

my advice stick to only doing sportbike wheels...Harley's and large roadbike or tubes...are miserable no matter what. Stiff sidewalls SUCK
