Does anyone know dirtbikes or carbs on here? I bought a used 2001 honda xr100 for riding through our woods and as a pitbike. It didn't want to idle without keeping the throttle open, choke had no effect. I took the carbs apart and flushed the jets with carb cleaner and then soaked everything for 30 minutes. Put it back together and it now will idle with the choke on halfway but even after a cruise around the block if I take the choke off it just dies. Also when sitting there the rpms will surge and then fall. I put a new air filter on. I guess next step will be spark plug. Any other ideas?
