I have mine taped over since 675's have an issue with the kill switch spiking the ECU :eek:
I think Paul had his taped over - I know some orgs require it - not sure about NESBA?

I looked through Nesba's manual, they don't mention kill switch's at all in the tech inspection section of the manual. :fact

I have never had anyone even look at mine.

Mine was taped over but it still worked. The switch was partially broken so the tape was just to make it look less like a piece of shit. I just replaced the switch so the tape is gone now. I think having a working kill switch is not a bad idea.
