I use Maxxima chain lube on the street bike - I've been just cleaning the track bike w/WD40 (I don't even want to start that discussion) after every track weekend but not applying any lube.
Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

I'm a WD-40 only guy. I apply it often. I'm of the opinion that most of chain wear comes from dirt/grime or "stuff" getting on chain/sprocket and causing friction. WD-40 doesn't attract said "stuff" like the other chain specific lubes does.

I've been using PJ1 Blue Label, but I don't love it. It makes a mess and is really hard to clean up. I guess this means it probably sticks to the chain really well and doesn't fling off. I'm going to go back to a chain wax when this can is empty...

Maxima chain wax for both the street and track bike. Might just switch to wd-40 for the track bike tho. Would just be easier, especially if I run out at the track. Someone wil alwyas have wd-40 t the track.

I use GT85, and have heard good things about WD45 just not tried it myself.
