It doesn't specify working unit is required. At my crash at Nelson it took me 10 minutes to find mine in the tire wall. Plugged the cable back in and was good to go. Those things are definitely built totake a beating |

that thing does look pretty cool but its still a lot of cash even after $150 off. |
