nate, when my one warmer didnt work right and burnt through i had to send it back to chicken hawk since they make suzuka and the process was very simple and hassle free so if you do have any problems the customer service is very good.

I know everyone says to get a heavy duty extension cord for the warmers, but how heavy duty?
From the little I know, the average extension cord is 16 gauge. Is a heavy duty 16 gauge adequate or do I need to get a 14/12/10 gauge?

Most times, I shoot for 14 or better.

Depends on the amount of wattage you want to draw and the length. If you feel the cord and it is warm or hot, you need a lower gauge cord

I'm going to run to lowes/home depot and see what I can find. Going to try and find around a 12 gauge or so.

if your warmers have individual plugs make sure you get a splitter too. i got a cheepie outdoor one from lowes for under $5, works great.
