I'd do some flavor of SPD before Look personally, like I said earlier, SpeedPlay are my fav's.
Never been a fan of Look's for some reason.

ill check them out. i rode evans bike with them and liked them, but then again i dont know any different. he suggested getting "biggger" pedals instead of the real tiny ones so i dont develop hot spots on my feet. for 73 bucks cant really beat that

I beleive in hot spots
its where the girl lands on the floor after she just got a load shot in her eye and kicked in the shin from the angry pirate.
