Thanks for posting this Nate.
They had a good thing going with the way it was structured, now they want to charge an extra $125 for exactly the same thing we paid $75 for in previous years? The only additional perks seem to be late cancelation and no fee for late registration - hardly worth the upcharge IMHO.

Once I got bumped to A and didn't need to worry about the group selling out, I always signed up late so I could watch the weather. This was an extra $20/day penalty. I like the idea of not paying that penalty and giving myself the flexibility, so its worth the extra $125 to me for that. Just my take on it. Each person is going to feel differently depending on their approach to track days.

I guess if you are doing more than 6 dyas with them it's worth it... I sort of doubt I'll do 6 with NESBA next years since it's just easier and cheaper to ride with smaller orgs, especially at Beaver.

I think that was their focus, to target two groups: those that ride a lot with them and those that only do 1 or 2 days a year. For those who only do 1 or 2 days a year, the $25 is a lot easier to swallow than $75.
